F3协议规范已于6月初定稿，更改共识协议并非易事。F3实施团队设计了一个被动测试计划(https://github.com/filecoin-project/go-f3/issues/213)来验证协议，并在F3在网络共识中完全激活之前，为实施团队提供时间来集成和测试F3。F3团队与Lotus和Forest(等待Venus确认)实施团队将F3视为优先事项，并计划在nv24中完成（若有任何变化，我们将在此处 (https://github.com/filecoin-project/core-devs/discussions/150#discussioncomment-9653703)提供实施者最新信息)。我们希望节点操作者能够持续关注正在使用的实施方案更新，并参与相应测试。
